On Monday Sept. 2, 2019 the conception caught fire off the coast of California. There is more to this incident than what anyone could imagine or come to learn on their own. The boat fire conception was set purposely as a signal to convey a point. The point? The name of the boat "conception" gives us the point.
Conception means the forming or devising of a plan or idea.
Therefore conception is the time between an ideas conception and its launch.
And the point is to find out when the idea launches.
If you've not been following this to know details. The idea is to set off a seismic earthquake and release nukes destroying the NA continent as well as other areas across the globe to blame it on an alien invasion, climate change, and other astronomical anomalies; all while keeping the truth hidden. Volcanic explosions, meteor showers (that're satellite m i s s i l e s), Tsunami's, monsoons, and then submarine missiles are all a part of this elaborate plan. As a one man team I didn't have enough time to complete the grid which would've enabled us to pinpoint which locations were first and so on. However we have more than enough information to know all the details for the launching of this plan. Essentially the boat fire conception was saying the idea has been conceived. Here are the clues (articles contents) to find out this plans launch date.
To find it's launch time took a bit of work and lots of prayer. But I believe we've been given the answers. And we found it by following the telegraph's.

Starting with day event occurred Sept 12 is 9-2; equals 11. Time set fire 3:15 am is indicative of a five by five (I've covered this in other posts). The boat was a 75 foot vessel (75 is tied to multiple aspects of my research); Mainly the number of years since Pearl Harbor; D.f.m.d says remember pearl harbor, it's been 75 years since pearl harbor; special on CBS. Currently reported a widow filed a lawsuit against Truth Aquatics and just days after the conception set fire owners of conception filed to be protected under maritime law to keep from having to pay out more than they could afford. Because of all the publicity, help organizations, and investigations. I know people would say; "no way this is all made up," and I agree, no way can all of it be false. That boat fire was set. You can bet your tail this was done solely as a signal to the final step in Don Fums mysterious directions.

My discernment picks this hidden code up cause of a Holy Spirit teaching; proven with the 32-ton Big E, and in the big e has response; so this embedded code isn't something I'm going to elaborate on with every telegraph as it's time consuming, witchcraft at its finest, and totally not necessary to make the points I will be making. This can make things somewhat confusing to someone who doesn't understand the entire scope of Don Fums mysterious directions. But there are listed websites in the cipher that tells us who is participating in the telegraph-being that we have the cipher- we know exactly where to go and find this information. There are multiple roads to go down with these telegraphs. I've limited myself to following those that gave out clues to when the final event would be.
In this thread we see "secret communications exposed," Posted at 5:53 pm on September 3rd. (so this secret communications exposed came out at a time that was complimentary to the Conception boat fire. In that both delineate a 5 by 5 signal in the opening of communications (date). The date and time tells me this is a signal loud and clear by master masons. every piece of this relates in one form or another.

So what really is happening here; The conception set fire to signal the launch of an idea. This plan is now being mentioned on Twitter associated to Epstein. Making this a seamless almost (nothing can hide before the Most High) untraceable telegraph piece. This is concealed, in plain sight, seamless, and ingenious. People would never guess this. (not even me) A Holy Spirit teaching that kept me from death in sin:

That's in the opening of the post that's encrypted. Then in the file name of Epstein is a 5 (this is signal strength) and the secret key you can see where there is a red arrow and it's written "found something" and the arrow is pointing to 011.Remember the top EN number associated to this plan is 011 32 299 6969? In the following post we see the name Lee Brown. In the boat fire conception it was Bill Brown. (subtle yet connected same last names) "disappeared without a trace" is likely referring to no traces left behind with the boat fire conception (which at this point investigations have turned up no traces of why fire was set).
The coded message isn't something I found much of anything in that I recognized off the bat to point out. I do know there's a Greek coded message that's used to telegraph parts of plan. Neat to also note post says WIZARD at top. And that's what these guys are witches and warlocks.

To my surprise, not only did ALL 3 of them have a little bit o fishyness to them (some hex and stuff in the EXIF), but one of the files seems to have a PGP key embedded using OutGuess!!
Here we can see he mentions a PGP key embedded into Epstein pictures. Well I wrote about this some time back. Don Fums mysterious directions told me they needed a one time tape. A tape I was never able to get my hands on. But with directing of the Holy Spirit I've been able to stay on top of many telegraphs (which wasn't easy knowing what they produce) and I'm certain to have come up with an attack launch date that will be covered at the end of these postings.
The following post on twitter under the same Epstein post of @luke_sly_talker mentions RED WAVE, and tells us there was a signal strength that went out in September of 2018.

It was in the listings of these numbers that I realized this also is a signal. There are many attributes that point this out. But again I'm not gonna break down the entire telegraph. Lets just take out some of the important aspects.
The number 21 has been associated to this cipher since before the earthquakes happened in July. It's a number (12, 21) that I've been pointing to since May or June. Then there's the post on ATS entitled Engage 21 with cipher attribute of star wars (ats is their go to forum).
As I said the story is similar to those who jumped off the conception-5 survive and 1 dies on the conception (all five could jump off the one burned on board). They searched for one body for a few days too. In the next story its all survive but one did get burned "Lauren Bruner" who was also last on the boat.
The "one" straggler or character that differs is all they need to keep a story connected.

So the name of this place is Early Warren (which sounds like early warning) and its on Calle real (similar to call real) and because it's normal for us to have weird street names and business names that sound similar to something strange no-one finds it odd. Never mind the fact that America was founded and ran by a bunch of Freemasons who had a plan of world domination.
This article is telling us the Call is real, this is an early warning, and they're coming up with a long-range solution.
The number 34 is in direct relation to the conception and they keep reiterating this 34 with the address of the facility (3400) as well as the size of the showgrounds (34 acres).

After the conception by September 6th #SharpieGate flooded the news. And the big deal the media put on it caused me to looked a bit deeper into the telegraphs. Being that the telegraphs connect in many ways it can become confusing to jump around from one article to the next. But it was also necessary for me to come to the conclusion of when this event will happen. Cause in reality there are about five different roads we could go down from these (what I call) "top" telegraphs.
The concept of all this is very simple when you bring it to it its simplest form; the banks fund both sides of everything and they're ran by one person; Satan. Satan is ran by the Most High EL El-yone. And when satan wants something he has his people get it. What does satan want? He comes to steal kill and destroy. And it's important to understand this in order to understand anything about this matrix.
A telegraph is basically a "piece here and a piece there"
I've stressed in various ways the ways we can see a telegraph. It's pointing out what the telegraph is telling them to do that's the hardest. But by looking at the locations of the encrypted grid highway we can see that each and every location projected to experience a negative impact has experienced a negative impact.
In this #sharpiegate fiasco we see it pointed to Alabama and in the cipher Alabama is listed with a multitude of different aspects. One being that it's associated to the telegraphs and Abraham Lincoln (refer to AL in the cipher). AL is accompanied by IL and IL means INSTRUCTION LIST. This means there is an instruction list that follows.
I followed that list. And in doing so I uncovered some really disturbing things that I've chosen not to share with the world. But I did do a compiled list of what these telegraphs were referring to. If anyone wants a bit more detailed information there is a contact me button off to the right. It would be wise to use that for any and all questions.
Anyhow as I was saying earlier it's spirit guides / demons / ONI / shadow species that control what these people do and how they do it. It's these people who are under the control of the Prince of the Power of the AIR who are ignorant to the entire scope of everything. If they knew what they were really doing. They wouldn't do it. As this plan is enabling them to open up the pit (as spoken in Revelations 9).
This is their communication. And when I say "their communication" I'm talking about an ancient nation whose language we don't know. They're spoken of in multiple areas of biblical text but Jeremiah 5:15 is clear.

The white rabbit is significant in that if you follow the right rabbit your likely to end up in a rabbit whole that's hard to get out of. One hole always makes you want to go down another. This term became some what common place after the airing of Matrix. But check out its meaning on Urban dictionary to get the full scope.These telegraphs are among the many that ended up leading me the most important one of them all Anchor away: USS George Washington gets a 32-ton gift from the Big E. I deciphered this telegraph and found it's definitely pointing to when the BIG EVENT is projected to occur. There were responses to the big E and I'd broke down one of those to follow what it may have been talking about. I found it was centered around Syria that began Oct. 9th.. In this article we see the same numbers in the article about Lauren Bruner (the 30 and the 70; which btw if it says 70,000 in one article and 70 in another they're the same numbers the 00000 has 00000 value).

On Oct. 12th the bells went off to finalize the steps needed to achieve this goal. This bell means that those who are in on this top secret plan have been warned this is about to happen. I deciphered that article too. You can view that here.

Voorhies stepped onto the Enterprise in 1983 as a 22-year-old sailor. As a reactor officer, those eight reactors were his stomping ground.the 21 and the 22 are noted here with Voorhies and 8 reactors. All these numbers will be seen in more telegraphs.
As I've stated I will not disseminate all the telegraphs as I have already proven that I can. From here forward I will only point out what is necessary and will possibly place the telegraphs I point out with the outcome of the telegraphs.
