Taking a deeper look... part 1 (you will want to see all of these together)

If we were to put anyone area of this cipher together we could form a picture of an entire market!

This would also allow for some of the deepest darkest secrets of shadow government to come out. This was the last thing I'd aimed to happen when I began this work. But through this cipher, we can paint a picture of our entire system and how it operates seamlessly. Without ever failing.

For this post, I'd like to put a few of the line items together and see what they tell us.

What can we find?

Is there anything we can gain from all of this?

Throughout the cipher (aka an encrypted grid) there are line items telling us what actions and activities will come to pass for different regions across the globe, in a cryptic format.

Since y'all know I'm not on the inside. I do not have all the answers lined out in the most professional format. There's only one way I can deliver all of this. And you're looking at it.

Additional questions to be answered when looking into the contents of the cipher in depth.

• Who operates as the "shadow" government?
• What do they do?
• How do they get away with what they do?
• How do they operate?

Before we go looking into the code. I'd like to make a quick statement.

The First name of the book is Wilhelm Heinrich Sebastian Von Troomp aka Baron Trump. This name is part of the cipher. Along with every other name listed in the book on top of the italicized words. However, one of the first names I worked on extensively is Don Constantino Bartolomeo Strephfidgeguarnerisfum, AKA Don Fum. According to the book, he is known as the "master of masters". You ask me, and I will tell you, my perspective is he is Satan and his kingdom ruling minions.

In layman's terms, they steer the air, have control over popular opinions, and are mighty wealthy powerful people who seem to go unnoticed and unscathed by justice.

My friends, when you connect all the dots listed in the cipher any question that could've been thought of will be answered. It will surprise you day after day for months on end as you uncover all the details hidden within the character names of the book. This cipher contains a heck of a lot of information.

When reading the book a lot of different thoughts came to mind. They all led me to believe this book was needing to be ciphered. I derived that from a few of its attributes upon reading it, and the situations I'd encountered, coupled with the teachings of the Holy Spirit. For instance, the first chapter says "it's a cryptic vault". I took that literally. And found out it is. In fact, it shows us it's an encrypted grid in the first name. After breaking the names into acronyms and creating a database I found myself looking at attributes that screamed secret code! This is why I've spent three years focused on sharing every little bit that I possibly can.

Surely, it's also why they've sabotaged the work, and shadow-banned everything, on top of trying to silence me a number of times.

• Geotechnical data: Data Interchange for Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (DIGGS) is a data exchange standard developed through the cooperation of a multinational group of agencies, organizations, academics, and industry.

What is a military call sign?

Military call signs are call signs assigned as unique identifiers to military communications. In wartime, monitoring an adversary's communications can be a valuable form of intelligence.

Monitoring an adversary's communications, ey? Could we say contaminating a site with a chemical substance would be considered bioterrorism? Since I know the answer is yes. Could we say the chemical substance in a contaminated site could be a location within an encrypted grid which would be why the coordinate system is listed herein as well and this be relative to contaminated sites? Who then decides on cultural survival?

In Glacierhboy: intelligent communication is line item 510-513. To communicate any secret operations one would need an intelligent component that would help one another to communicate the information between computer handlers, now wouldn't they? Also, could this be considered an internal calibration? Any chance it's also related to any of the following line items?

In Happy Forgetters we can see in 2196-220 in the photo below -TT- 'telegraphic transfer' which could very well be conducent to sending signals for encrypted information within intercomputer communications (said to be handled by the N A S A). We could also say this is a technology transfer, it also would be related to a Teletext for internal calibration.

Typewriter text would be an indicator it is them trying to communicate.

Would one have to telegraph a treatment technique that would contaminate a site within a given area listed within the encrypted grid?

If we combined all the line items we have seen here -up to this point- we're able to derive there's a chemical substance that can contaminate sites. There's a telegraphing system that could be tied to call signs. Call signs are relative to terrorist organizations doing terroristic deeds. Can we say there is something fishy going on here, yet? Well, we haven't touched the surface of the line items. So if we can build on any of this. I know you will understand more of why I chose to tell my testimony as I told about Don's directions, ey?

Let me just focus on that. Instead of chiming in with the "I know you see it" attitude.

The following photos give us more details. In that, it reinforces the idea that there is a telegraphing system.

In another area of the cipher. Line items transcribe and translate appear. Would one need to transcribe a telegraph? Would a telegraph need to be translated? The answer is simply yes to both.

Could a telegraph need to be researched further with linguistic applications? Would one need a transmission scheme to transmit those messages?

Telegraphing in media outlets would be a part of telecommunications, and there would be some analog input necessary, plus it mentions genetics too? Isn't molecular biology related to genetics? Could any Bioterrorism be related to genetics or the genome too? Could it be possible there is an identification number tied to the telegraph and that's why there is an index number listed here? Would one need to access integrated networks to carry out any contaminating of sites within the encrypted grid? Would they need to telegraph those operations? Could those operations be contracted as we see was mentioned in one of the 1st screenshots with CS line items?

Would contamination of sites be relative to earth science? How aware are you of the systems put in place using satellites to monitor things like water quality?

Hazen states: "With funding from the National Atmospheric and Space Administration (NASA), Hazen developed a Remote Sensing-Water Quality Decision Support System (DSS) that gives water utilities ready access to NASA’s satellite remote sensing data, filtered for the watershed(s) of interest, and presented in a way that is easy for utility staff to analyze and summarize for use by decision-makers."

This tells us that economic research would be made possible using these data sensors and these data sensors are also related to earth science, which means, it is possible to find biological chemical synthesis related materials in the water too.

Surface exploitation could easily be relative to certain areas -such as water outlets or inlets- being exploited with chemical terrorism. Could this be why there are contaminated sites? Could these line items fit together to paint a picture?

One of the latest articles to come out of the W H O: Multi-county outbreak of Salmonella in April 2022.

These articles can be found coast to coast out of multiple outlets over the last few years. Is this because someone planned to do these operations?

Let me slide this in here real quick. The cipher covers more than one area. I've disclosed this in a multitude of posts on persecutionsrises.com. This is why I'm going from one system to the next and highlighting the different attributes. A few of these posts and these things will come together.

These different line items are important. They tie to one another in different systems. This is a system of systems. There is a business model applicable to these systems. Hopefully, what I cover here will help anyone interested to read this cipher without me. After all, over two years worth of work was sabotaged and this is why I've had to come back to this post. Otherwise, this post would've been available for y'all a long time ago and the only reason I'd be visiting it would be to share it. I can't go back and fix it all.

Since I started sharing this, and the work was sabotaged, I'm certain people chalked me up for crazy. I refuse to quit because it is a part of my testimony. The whole story is not only bizarre. It is my reality. You can't say my whole testimony isn't true simply because I can read any of this stuff. I can read it so well, I've been able to call events before they've happened! If you haven't seen that proof then you haven't read any of my material prior to this. This means, you're missing a lot of facts. Facts that are extremely important. Such as, we have a modern day Noe who has been warning of a fire to come. This cipher points out how his prophecy will unfold. I'ma digress though, because all of this is written in all my previous posts and I just want to walk ya through how I began reading this cipher. This way, I don't seem so tooty fruity and my rhetoric outside of these posts makes sense to people.

Analytical information. All it takes is a critical thinker to pull together anyone of the systems in this system of systems. As you can see from this screenshot of the cipher there is some system associated with the air. I can assure you it's stated that its an aerial platform -AP is the acronym to look for when trying to locate that within the cipher.

The encrypted grid is applicable to an aerial platform. According to Don, they're using chemicals to spray the world under the guise of climate change measures. These toxic chemicals are sprayed via A i r f o r c e' s globally.

You can find the whole system -down to the grid they used- embedded into the names the same way I'm showing how to read this now. This is something I've proven in my prior posts that are available for anyone of you to read.

On another note: it would appear technology being used from agency to agency is a viable way of keeping the big picture from forming in any one group.  The big picture that shows all the statements I've made is embedded into the line items.

Pert event report:

• What is a Pert event report? --- "A PERT chart is a visual project management tool used to map out and track the tasks and timelines.
• The name PERT is an acronym for Project (or Program) Evaluation and Review Technique."

If someone were ordered to send out top secret information via a telegraph that needed to be transcribed or translated would there be some time of project management tool that could be used to map out and track the tasks and timelines? Would there be a need to evaluate the program?

There are a lot of tasks here. The ones who issue this top-secret plan would obviously want to keep track of all of them in a central location using business models, charts, and processes, right?

We see 'trattamento sanitario obbligatorio' which is Italian for Compulsory Health treatment. Ya think if the R A F (as the cipher points to) sprayed us down they would have that logged somewhere? Ya think they would have satellites and radars to assist in all this? Ya think they would then be able to measure the amount of damage they'd done over the course of the next few months by tracking how many people get sick and go to the hospital or simply get sick and die?

Preliminary Environmental review...

Did they do a bunch of environmental reviews before they initiated this plan? Of course! And I've many posts pointing this out as well as providing significant amounts of information proving this to be the case.

Of course, they can! And how they do that is also embedded into the cipher.

These are questions we should be able to answer. Simply by putting all these line items together. Like, I asked if the contaminated sites are associated with the encrypted grid? Are the illnesses also associated with it? Are they associated with earth science? Then we look at the line items, and see if these terms bring these items together, just to find out that they do?

Is this a coincidence?

Can you see how they fit together like a glove?

Anyhow, would these things be considered TOP SECRET?

Can we connect a treatment station to a treatment system and a solvent extraction? These are three line items two of which are listed in Don Constantino's breakdown and the other is found in soosopsies, mikkamenkies, square nose, and others.

To answer the question. Containing wastewater using solvent extraction paper says, Yes! We can connect those together.

This would also tell us that there is a top-secret plan pertaining to water treatment systems. There's also an air system being pointed to.

A critical section? About contaminated sites? Is this why there is a controlled substance? This would be applied to 'Society and Environment' which is line item 1231 in Princess Crystallina. (screenshot is not provided for this). Needless to say, this is a connective factor. Connecting science, physics, chemicals, radar systems, and education according to Don. How weird is all this?

Can you see I changed the line items from the previous picture when matched up to this one above? Can you see, you can change the location of line items easily. However that doesn't change the fact they're still applicable to one another. Was this by design?

Does an encrypted grid need a coordinate system?

All these would connect and give us some information as to what is applied to the cryptographic section of this plan.

These types of combinations are found over and over throughout the text. Thus rendering the conclusion that this book is in fact a cryptic vault.

Many think it's caused by fluoride put in our water via water treatment operations. However, there are so many areas under attack (food, water, air, and a surround sound of technology). No one can say what to go after or even think of how to stop it. Let alone tell you which one afflicts you. The biblical explanation is perfect. I had to ask (beg really) for my spiritual eyes and ears to be opened. For this reason, I can earnestly say this is spiritual. You can't get the truth, understand the truth, and tell the truth without being drawn into it by the Lord of Hosts. As I've stated numerous times before this work wouldn't be possible if it weren't for my walk with Christ through the wilderness.
