NSA is the world leader in cryptology, they appear to be the only ones who could include all these American agencies into one elaborate plan and they specialize in the art and science of making and breaking codes.

"The people will tell thee"... Ah, dear friend but what people will be wise enough to tell thee? (MUJBT)

Oh, I may not be wise. However, I was more than wise enough to tell -you the people- a few things that DON FUM apparently seems to know. It would appear, with a little schooling -like those at the NSA- I'd have coding down pretty quickly, and I may be really good at it too, it's interesting how I earned this sorta knowledge in the wilderness; all glory to Christ Jesus.

The NSA website says; 

"It is this expertise- from our people and technology- that allows us to accomplish the goals of discovering adversaries' secrets, protecting U.S. secrets, and outmaneuvering our adversaries in cyberspace while at the same time protecting the privacy rights of the American people."

Are they aware of what this book is about? Could they crack the one-time tape quickly using their technology? Would it give me exact and precise details to this elaborate plan Don Fum talks about within seconds? 

If I can spot this as a plaintext and connect so many dots shouldn't the teams they employ be able to do the same? 

Do they know what's happening to our food, water, and air, or know there's going to be a major event happen pertaining to "climate change" that's manmade by an elite group employed at agencies like N A S A? 

All the goals of this elaborate plan is embedded into the pages of this book. 

Do they see the signals like I did with Alabama? 

If not. Why not? Moreover, If I told them about this plan would that enable them to stop the attacks planned on our soil? 

Oh, call me a "doubter" - if you must- but I highly doubt they would. Because this appears to be something that's being pulled off from within our own system. Appears to be a lot of treasonous people involved. 

What a disappointment so many white-collar workers are doing the devil's work and don't even know it.

Along with cryptography being used to convey messages -simply and securely- right in front of our faces surveillance has been keeping track of us -face by face- since the patriot act. 

They're not going to come out and tell you this truth. Instead, they'll dance around it and pretend they're clueless (or they knew and are doing all they can to stop it) when the truth of it all is pretty heart-wrenching if you ask me. 

Heck, I only know these things because of the way I've been hunted, treated unfairly in doctors' offices, stalked, and monitored so intently. They've always known where I am before I get there. They've stopped airlines from allowing me to get through the terminal (or even buy a ticket for that matter). When they wanted to corner me in Oregon even the taxi drivers wouldn't drive me from the airport. I'd had to walk and hitchhike out of the town! 

I've seen the capabilities of this system and could understand why people get absolutely petrified and won't stand up! I hope to change this for at least one person.

It's ruthless.

In it's cold clutches are people hasty to make mistakes and run to evil. Quick to shed blood for a morsel of bread. Capable of doing the most sinister of acts hiding behind technological devices for rent money (or a nice house).

I believe many people think that just because they're taking job orders there not guilty of anything. 

Like Doctors for instance, they're trying to make you just like them by injecting you with 'the software of the future' claiming these advancements in biotechnology could seriously save lives for kickbacks! 

Passing off an experiment as a vaccine instead of just telling the people truth! 

They want full control over everyone! 

They want you to merge with A.i; Elon Musk openly talks about how he feels as if we need to become A.i to live with it. Or it will take over and wipe out humanity.

Let me jump around real quick:

Technological advancements have made a way to advance marketing efforts, criminal investigations, space programs, and molecular biology. Through different instrumentation -and various markets- global control isn't far off into the future. In fact, much of what they need has been in use for the last decade. It just remained hidden -really well- in the framework of our infrastructure. 

Now that same infrastructure is under attack from within and I believe that only the hand of God can stop it. It's written what will come to pass in the word of reconciliation. Stopping it isn't found in the prophecies either. Take that however you may.

I also know it's the end of the world.  

Whether it be Manchurian candidates or foreigners. They're woven deeply into the framework of the world. Many -if not all- belong to secret societies. 

Listen to Altiyan, his testimony pretty much sums up everything done in darkness will come to light in the end. In this video, he  speaks in-depth over the secret religion of this huge and powerful organization that's absolutely behind the construction and definitely the execution of this plan (their names are listed in the cipher. ie; Knights Templar, the Brotherhood, etc...)

This global plan Altiyan touches on to depopulate the world is also what this book is about. It's important to stress. To install a new world order requires a massive amount of depopulation. Hence why climate change has been wreaking havoc on lands all across the globe. 

From the looks of this cipher (and historical accounts of professionals who study this stuff) there are secret society agents embedded into the fabric of corporations, agencies, and institutions who are able to erase information, direct the journals, science, narrative, and operational guidelines. If anyone finds out they can easily hire to kill.

But should this stop us from facing evil? I think not. 

Silence in the face of evil is evil. 

This plaintext is coded with an operational downlink, educational aspect, marketing, technology, computer system software/components, healthcare and ecosystem related aspects of space weather modifications and it shows how it merges with tactical surveillance, special operations, media, and meteorological reporting to form a system that can be exploited in many ways.  

Technology is now wiping out neighborhoods, livelihoods, and aims to steal some souls too. I mean, who can't see technology is not changing the world for the better?

Every week the TWO PREACHERS come out with some new event. Sometimes there are two videos in a week. Melkeb also has a channel that features weather related storms so severe tens of thousands are displaced weekly. 

In my last post, I'd linked Dane Wigington's geoengineering website -which's packed full of credible information- proving the existence of weather modification.

"According to the Internal Displacement Monitoring Center (IDMC, 2019), around 16.1 million people in the world were displaced in 2018 because of weather-related events; among them, 33% (5.4 million people) were displaced by floods." 

These floods are expected to increase. DFMD tells me that cities and states across the entire world are flooding for reasons based off energy, the pipeline, pulsations, and waste water treatment operations (how it all fits together I don't know) we will find that out researching the contents. 

According to public WMO "Climate-related displacement is already a global reality. Every year, the lives of millions of people are affected when they are displaced by the impacts of weather and climate hazards. Some of the largest disasters make the international headlines, but most disasters do not even make the national news. Yet, for poor and vulnerable families struggling to survive, even a small weather-related event can make an enormous impact on their lives." 

These numbers are expected to rise. When looking at the historical data it's interesting to see how many lower level income families have been affected verses those who are in a higher class bracket. It's almost as if the weatherman has a vendetta against those who are less fortunate.

As I've said in the first few posts. They're modifying the weather (ie; causing storms; earthquakes, flooding, landslides, and ice-caps to melt), putting stuff in the water via wastewater treatment operations -in places such as the Everglades- putting stuff in food, kids toys, targeting citizens (they consider a specifically targeted research project or a threat), running illegal organ harvesting operations, they're also busting illegal operations to wipe out the black market (in America as they built it up in other countries) associated to human trafficking (kids specifically), continuously running military operations associated to warfare, professionally recruiting then educating the ones who will uphold the lie, even teaching this stuff across the board (cause they own all the medical/science/geographical historical data sets). The stock exchange (and currency trading) is also a leg of the plan. And they're telegraphing all of this through the publications, webpages, and forums listed in the plan's cipher. 

Every part of the flight industry is included, as we have seen, its radars, and systems (with military involvement) that apply to meteorology and surveillance for reconnainse against "terrorists". Sadly, Americans who love the constitution, or care to help patients (and not just earn money) are on the top of the terrorist list just below the Christian. 

It's written,

Again, remember, the aerial aspect includes technology, surveillance, and identified flying objects, along with processes (physics model) and chemicals.

Because I'm not on the inside this grid has a few processes and chemical compounds that could either be in the food, or the wastewater treatment operations, or air even. 

That's more than likely going to be all mixed up. Not having the key to have the exact science on this plan keeps much of the plan still in its cryptic format. 

But, that doesn't mean we abandon the whole thing (least I can't).

Anyways, there may be a job title or process that I'm missing in this post that ends up being talked about in the pots that will follow. Some aspects of the plan are used for multiple legs of the plan. I may bring something up more than once to drive home a point.  Simply put, there's a lot to this plan. There's nothing simple about it. 

56 names hold tens of thousands of line items to sift through and connect. Therefore, there may be some errors to what a specific item applies to and some of these items (that I'm listing below) may be attributed to more than one industry.  

I will also add explanations to specified attributes in order that over the next few posts we can obtain a much deeper look at the plan. This post will be built upon over the coming days seeing as there is too much information for me to cover in one workday. 

There are multiple networks intertwined via research and development, funding, marketing, and so on. ((Imagine being a world leader and having your hand in every aspect of the global market. It's a pyramid set-up like we find on the money. The guy at the top knows everything and controls all aspects of the system. What he can't bring under control via coercion -or because of ties in the brotherhood- he will get by killing those who stand in the way. At least that's how I've been able to make sense of it)).

As you saw in the first couple posts (and the linked .pdf) there is nothing more than line items such as field office, drainage inlet, drain current, infectious disease, intestinal distress, incremental development, intermediate dose, delay indefinite, dry injection, designated inspection, information deficiency, account name, information network, and so on. 

In the first cryptic name (DCBS) we are told (AUG) meaning augmentation. Recall I was able to call a few events before they happened? I did this because I followed the specified directions directly out of the cipher. Some of these directions I've yet to figure out. 

I don't care what your background is (and neither do they) you're a target unless you are with them (and even then, when they're done with you, you're done for. If you're involved please repent).  

The "shadow government", they're the system. They run and operate everything about the system. They install everyone necessary in police departments, military personnel, networking operations, the education sector, and so on in order that they may exploit it. Their motto is "do what thou wilt" and the "ends justify the means".

Ok, enough of a rant here. What does this cipher say?

Queen Galaxa tells us there's an 'artificial life' aspect and just like it's found in the first name (DCBS) -where it says AUG is augmentation- we find in (QG) "alteration" these simple notations of augmentation and alteration tells us there are alterations and augmentations being made in various areas of the plan. One being artificial intelligence- facial recognition applications have been going up for three years or better. Schools are instituting ID systems, banks are switching over to RFID reading devices, while the cities and states are installing "censors" to read air quality, earthquakes, and other haphazard type situations.

Keep in mind, the augmentation of these networks could possibly be just to set the framework of technology up in order that it may be monitored continuously. 

The plan eludes to the fact that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Thus, making it very clear that just because an organization is involved doesn't mean everyone involved knows. I believe this is why the job titles and positions of the people used are listed in the cipher as well. Probably also well to note that people are only taking orders. 

Operations Research and Facilities is a line item listed in the same area as the networks are. This tells me that the networks listed are those who conduct the research and produce the materials the general public is able to view.

As I said previously. There's a pyramid structure business model. The model appears to have a few different "legs". Administrative, finance, labor, communications, telegraphing, external resistance, nuclear, energy, pipeline, radiation, order people on menus, drugs, organ harvesting, it controls the weather (or has some level of participation alongside other industries such as technology, physics, geography, oceanography, science, medicine, healthcare) and they all come together to form a capstone at the top of a pyramid. 

Who's running the show in these programs? Why is anyone so apt to go along with these things? I believe all the questions, and then some, are found by looking at each aspect with a magnifying glass.  

As I cover the different aspects I may also pose questions that may not be answered until the following post. Presenting aspects of this system piece by piece is the best way I know-how without being too redundant. 

There are a (noc) number of organizational components: 

prototyping for real-time system/solutions (would be related to the simulations program embedded into this book)

performance evaluation and review technique (they got to review if they're producing the right storms, with the perfect power punch to take out business and residential housing units along with killing a few to lower the population, etc.)

project evaluation research task (even when manufacturing storms or hunting down a citizen to stalk, monitor, kidnap/kill there's a business function) 

program evaluation and review techniques- (just like the performance needs an evaluation, so does the project itself)

society of environmental medicine (Malaysia) (appears to be heading the program, in what specific way I do not know, I can guess they are highly paid to "fix" the science? Hold back journals? Allow only a certain flow of information? In what way could they be exploited?

OEM- is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research relating to the full range of chemical, physical, ergonomic, biological, and psychosocial hazards in the workplace and to environmental contaminants and their health effects. 

Is the high-quality research they conduct descriptive about the results of chemicals sprayed on us 6 days a week? 

If not, why not? 

Does any of the science available to the public reflect the effects of the aerosol injections or poisoning of food and water? Why are local governments avoiding this topic and appear to remain largely unaware or unconcerned?

History tells me governments enjoy experimenting on the less fortunate or using them as an "example" to set the stage. I believe they've become better at their games because of technology. 

Don Fum eludes to the fact that journals are stored in a digital database. When a person (say a student) logs into that database they're only able to see what the computer deems fit. Let's say I'm a student and I'm taking classes in astrophysics. Studies available to me for papers would be limited. But, the student wouldn't know that because it's not like they make a bulletin of it.

Process engineering review team-(time to engineer the plan boys) In order to engineer this plan there's a numerical pattern said to be printed in various area's across digital media that one would need to retrieve. By reading the cipher we can obtain the location in order to find that numerical pattern.

Back in the day, they used railways to transmit and receive messages and in some retrospect they still do today. Transmitting and receiving messages via the digital highway takes less time and money. But when you're transferring a message you want it to be secure. In 1776, Adam Weishaupt's bike courier was transferring a message in the form of a book when he was struck down by lighting. The Duke's soldiers then acquired that book and the Duke of Bavaria subsequently outlawed secret societies driving them up underground. 

These guys needed a better plan.

I'd say this is a good one. 

The routing table basically goes like this. Every character name in the book is part of the cipher and so are the few italicized words. That makes 56 words. They're in order by the way they appear in the book. 

Don is the master of masters. So he takes precedence over all the other names. The cipher says it's a bottoms-up model. It also gives us special people of interest like Augustus, Theodore Roosevelt, Abe Lincoln, Wilhelm Reich, Dianna, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Harry, and the Roman Catholic Church (alongside the banks) they're the ones calling the shots. 

The website that's embedded into (DCBS) called Tomato Nation was thanking Sars and saying Happy Birthday to Don and it had a set of numbers that are important and applicable to the overall cipher. They purposely designed this book with the intent of delivering a message. Hence why they were thanking "SARS" and wishing Don a happy Birthday on 9.1.1

This is a process they engineered and executed. We have evidence and Tomato Nation so happens to be that evidence. 

They're trained and expected to recognize numerical patterns once they identify traits of a telegraph. Tomato Nation was pretty easy to spot because of Diane and Charles (both are in the cipher) Ellen (also in the cipher) Sarah was a wife to Abe Lincoln (he is part of the cipher) and Sarah was also his step mother (or sister). The point is, this "Sarah" character was related to Abe and Trump was in the Abe Lincoln room when he said, "this could be the calm before the storm".

All these are clues to who they are and what they're about. 

Coding is about recognizing patterns. 

No one can recognize anything immediately. Especially if people are doing it in secret. 

In order to execute the plan, people need orders. Therefore, they issue the orders via a telegraph using a numerical pattern, and a private KEY (to keep people from cracking the code); a cryptographer gets the message and codes it into the respective publication with this "key" creating a numerical pattern; 

Wah-lah, it's like magic! Before you know it you've got big X's, purple skies, and hurricanes that span three states. Hence why they've got a professional process engineering review team!

Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Trading (GERT) Pilot-Ministry of Environment, Lands, and Parks

"The use of catalysis for emission control of pollutants generated from the gasoline-fueled internal combustion engines has been a remarkable demonstration of the application of heterogeneous catalysis for environmental control in the consumer market. This pilot emissions reduction trading project out of Canada is at the top of the plan. This tells me the EU is directing the shots. There are more than a few other reasons from the ciphertext causing me to feel the EU is calling the shots alongside the Catholic Church and the world bank regarding overall global operations in all fields of interest outlined. The exact structure isn't fully understood. However, I know the total system is included. Anything I say can be researched. I've no doubt it will prove itself out. Money makes a lot of things happen (or not happen) and it's simply exploiting the system while using "top secret" clearances at the highest levels. Some call this "dirty" politics. They make x amount of people sick to get x amount of kickbacks for grant monies that go into "science" to develop these cures (when they've already got them cause they developed and released it). It's a dirty game, but someone has to play it.

A major component of this plan alongside the mouse units of biological toxicity used for air, food, and water would be a rise in health issues.

EPA issues these regulations for industrial categories, based on the performance of treatment and control technologies"

identified flying object- helicopters, Air force's globally, remember the motto of the Trumps is Per Ardua Ad Astra and is a popular Latin phrase meaning "through hardships to the stars". The phrase is one of the many Latin sayings that use the expression ad astra, meaning "to the stars".

An integral part of the relative frequency offset equation- channel and noise (remember this is broadcasted through radars and other sound wave type receivers)

The Preliminary environmental report: (2016; paper aiming to address California's road instability and potential failure)--- Highway1 was recently shut down because of heavy rains--- why were they aiming to repair this area years in advance if they didn't know it was going to experience major damage? Will you buy the idea that geologists knew that over time this land was going to "shift", but the concern wasn't large enough to warn citizens? Seeing as anything produced for the public to read claims it will be 25-50 years before a major land shift happens. The linked preliminary report estimates 5-9 years to get everything approved and rolling (yeah, nothing odd about that, until you learn the rest of this ciphers components).

polarization extinction ratio (physics)- tool for biological systems (let's read something about this term): 

Confocal microscopy is an essential imaging tool for biological systems, in solid-state physics and nano-photonics. Using confocal microscopes allows performing resonant fluorescence experiments, where the emitted light has the same wavelength as the excitation laser. These challenging experiments are carried out under linear cross-polarization conditions, rejecting laser light from the detector. In this work, we uncover the physical mechanisms that are at the origin of the yet unexplained high polarization rejection ratio which makes these measurements possible. We show in both experiment and theory that the use of a reflecting surface (i.e. the beam-splitter and mirrors) placed between the polarizer and analyzer in combination with a confocal arrangement explains the giant cross-polarization extinction ratio of 10^8 and beyond. We map the modal transformation of the polarized optical Gaussian beam. We find an intensity 'hole' in the reflected beam under cross-polarization conditions. We interpret this as a manifestation of the Imbert-Fedorov effect, which deviates the beam depending on its polarization helicity. You see how they blame human activities? These humans they're talking about don't include themselves (and their buddies). 

This report is a corporate ecosystem review and "a structured methodology that helps industry managers proactively develop strategies to manage business risks and opportunities rising from their company's dependence and impact on ecosystems." One can get a generalized idea of how the business aspects of this industry are conducted and viewed as highly important these days. From every negative, you can form a few positives. I'm going to end the ecosystem reviews that are outlined in Don Fum here. We can pick back up on this in another post. I just want to get you in the mindset of how a very few line items from the first name's cryptic set of words can fall into

I can't help but repeat myself for some of those who choose not to read thoroughly (or maybe they're like me with the foggy head from time to time from the nanobots they're spraying us with) and have forgotten.
